Stop Following Your Mind, Do This Instead (Shadow Work Exercise)

Life’s challenges can force you to wake up from unconciousness. And it can feel like a small death… A feeling of shock and disgust from your “self” : how could it be that I was so asleep in this area of my life that I created such a situation ?

You mind will try to suggest “solutions”, don’t follow it. Instead, do what’s counterintuitive : observe your feelings, accept them, and let them go !
